Starmaker provides children from as young as 4 years old the opportunity to sing, dance, and act at our Stage School. Starmaker Theatre Company put on two fantastic shows a year at the best venues in the area including The Wilde Theatre in Bracknell, The Whitty Theatre in Wokingham, The Alan Cornish Theatre in Woodley and The Concert Hall in Reading. We also offer an annual Summer School and weekly LAMDA classes at South Lake Primary School in Woodley, Reading, both of these are offered to all levels of ability and no previous experience is required.

Since 1988, when Starmaker was created, it's put on well over 120 shows. In this time we have seen many of our members go on to work professionally in the theatre, film and television.
Members like Jordan Luke Gage (Romeo in & Juliet and Kerri Norville (& Juliet), Danyl Johnson (X-Factor winner), Matt Savage (The Levellers), Ben Lewis (Augustus Gloop in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Bruce Bogtrotter in Matilda and Adrian Mole in the Secret Diary of Adrian Mole), Faith Wood-Blagrove (Modesty in the film Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them), Natalie Dormer (Rush, The Hunger Games & Captain America) and of course our Oscar winning Patron Kate Winslet.
